Privacy policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026 · Policy version: 1.0
1. Scope and contact
This policy covers the current Cifravo Math Trainer app. The Cifravo development team can be contacted through ComputeViewsHub at [email protected] for privacy questions, support and data requests.
2. Data handled on your device
No account or registration is required. Preferences (such as language, theme and practice options), practice results, timing, statistics, mistake records and game progress are processed and stored locally to provide the app’s functions. The app does not upload these records to a server operated by us.
The current app has no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs and does not collect advertising identifiers, location, contacts, camera or microphone data. Reward-related preview controls do not currently load advertising.
3. Exporting, sharing and other services
PDF worksheets are generated on your device. If you choose to share, print, save or copy practice content, that content is passed to the destination app, printing service, storage provider or system clipboard you select. Their handling is governed by their own policies. Other apps may access clipboard content as allowed by your operating system.
Opening our website launches your browser; sending email launches your mail app. These actions are optional and do not automatically attach your practice records. Website infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and secure pages. This page’s source includes no analytics scripts, advertising scripts or cookies; hosting infrastructure may have its own processing.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments through Outlook/Microsoft and use them to answer the request. Please do not send sensitive information or unnecessary practice records. We do not sell your personal information or use support messages for advertising. Information you send is shared only as needed with service providers to handle your request, or when legally required.
4. Retention and deletion
Local records remain until removed by the app or by your operating system. On Android, clear the app’s storage in system settings to remove local preferences, practice records and game progress. Uninstalling normally removes app-private data; OS backup or restore features may retain or restore a copy according to your device settings. Manage these backups separately with your system or backup provider.
Clearing app storage does not remove exported files, shared copies or email. Delete those separately from the destination services. We cannot remotely access or delete records stored only on your device.
Support correspondence is retained only as needed to respond, resolve follow-up issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent; we may verify that the request comes from the relevant sender.
5. Your choices and rights
You may use core practice functions without sending information to us, choose whether to export or contact support, and remove local data as described above. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information we hold, object to processing, request portability or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us using the email above; you may also contact your local data protection authority.
6. Children’s privacy
The current app’s core practice functions do not require personal information from children or adults. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information. Children should ask a parent or guardian before sending email or personal information. A parent or guardian can contact us about information a child may have sent so that it can be reviewed and deleted as appropriate.
7. Security and international services
Local data protection depends on your device security and backup settings. Keep your device secure and use care when sharing exported content. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Browsers, email providers and other services you choose may process data in other countries under their policies.
8. Changes
We will update this page and its date when data practices change. If future versions introduce accounts, advertising, analytics or cloud features, the policy and relevant store disclosures will be updated, and notice or consent will be provided where required before the new processing begins.
